Our CTO's home number is showing up as chan_sip.c error as shown in the attachment, please advise.

This error means that someone has that phone number in the directory of their phone and that presence (watch buddy) is enabled for that contact. Since you can't watch external contacts it generates this error into the logs.

Simply disable the watch buddy feature on that extension.
