How to Fix Exchange Email Profiles
When a clients email that resides on an Exchange server is not working, such as, folders are not visible, un-able to connect errors are occurring  etc. The best thing to do is to remove the local profile from the outlook mail settings. This will remove the *.ost file which is probably corrupt. Go to control panel and click on mail then click on show profiles and delete the profile. Then create a NEW named profile in example: if the old profile was called "outlook"
(this is default name) then create a new called "username" and set your Exchange server settings.

Attention!!!!!!!!!!
Do not try this with a user who does not have an Exchange Server as you will remove the *.pst file and will lose clients email!
